Where can I view my QuickBooks reports?

You can access the reports in the following ways:

What reports are available online, via scheduled emails and on my mobile device?

The current set of reports is as follows:

What gets installed on my computer?

The only software that's installed on your computer is a small program from Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks, called the QuickBooks Web Connector. A configuration file is used to tell the QuickBooks Web connector where to send the report data — which is to your secure database on our Mobile Financials servers.

How do the reports get up to the Mobile Financial server?

The QuickBooks Web Connector pushes the reports from your PC up to your Mobile Financials account on a scheduled basis. You specify the schedule. For example, the schedule can be hourly or every four hours.

What happens if the Mobile Financials servers are unavailable?

The Mobile Financials servers only store recently generated copies of select QuickBooks reports. If the Mobile Financial servers were temporarily unavailable or you could not access them, you could still access these reports from your QuickBooks as you do today — or your bookeeper could send them to you. If the servers were unavailable, it would simply mean that you could temporarily not access your QuickBooks reports online. Copies of your most recent reports would still be stored in your iPhone, BlackBerry or other mobile device.

Is Mobile Financials an on-line backup service?

No. Since Mobile Financials only stores data from certain QuickBooks reports, it is not a full backup of your QuickBooks database.
