Mobile Financials transfers report data from your PC version of QuickBooks to your Mobile Financials account. From there, the information can be pushed out to your iPhone, BlackBerry or other mobile device.

First, set up an online account with Mobile Financials. Then download and install a small QuickBooks add-on from Intuit, called the Intuit QuickBooks Web Connector, onto your QuickBooks computer. The Intuit connector will securely communicate with our data center and send only the reporting data that you request through an encrypted tunnel. Once the reporting data is in our data center, you can access it on line from your favorite browser, have it pushed to you mobile device, or request it on demand from your mobile device.

All reports will be synced and stored on your mobile device so you can access them even when you have no network access (on the plane or during network outages). We have developed a native application for the iPhone and we will also be releasing native applications the Blackberry and the G1 Phone (Q1 2009).

Selected reports can be automatically generated and scheduled for email delivery. For example, you can receive an A/R Aging report in your email inbox each weekday morning. This proactive delivery of important financial reports will allow you to stay on top of your business every day!

There is no configuration needed for your network routers or firewalls. There is no inbound access to your network or computers. The Intuit QuickBooks Web Connector keeps your data secure.
